@tinker I've been eyeing a local Repair Cafe but I found their system pretty inefficient: people bring in their stuff, and basically have to line up for the pros if they can fix their thing in particular. Are there some best practices (e.g. collecting batches that a pro can fix when they are available in bulk) documented that I can refer them to?
